Understanding yourself changes everything…
Telehealth psychology for adults and adolescents across Australia — neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and genuinely human. In-person sessions available at Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast.
Whoever you are, you're welcome here.
Maybe you've spent years feeling like you're working twice as hard as everyone else just to keep up. Maybe you've recently been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism — or you're starting to wonder if that might be part of your story. Maybe you're just exhausted, and you can't quite articulate why.
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to arrive with the right words or a neat summary of what's wrong. That's what we figure out together.
I work with adults and adolescents (12 and over) who are ready to understand themselves more deeply — whether that means making sense of a diagnosis, working through anxiety or low mood, unpacking burnout, or simply learning how to stop white-knuckling through life.
You don't have to have it figured out to get started.
Therapy that works around you.
A lot of people arrive at their first appointment braced for it — the clinical checklist, the formal language, the feeling of being assessed rather than heard.
That's not how I work.
Sessions are a chance to think out loud, be honest about what's hard, and figure out what you actually need — not what a textbook says you should. I work from a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach, which means I'm not here to change who you are. I'm here to help you understand yourself well enough to stop getting in your own way.
No masking required.
No travel. No waiting room. No sitting in traffic when you're already anxious. Telehealth appointments are available for all new and existing clients — all you need is a device and a quiet space.
Medicare rebates apply, just like in-person sessions.

Ready when you are
Taking the first step is often the hardest part. When you're ready — whether that's today or after you've had a think — booking is straightforward and there's no pressure to have it all figured out before you reach out.
